Remember, You don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great. This initiative is for those looking for guidance on their journey toward better health and peak performance, no matter what level you are at! I am going to give you the philosophy needed to increase self discipline and help you make a set plan to reach your goals. My plan is to start with one on one sessions, then once we start reaching our goals together we will grow a community of people with the same vision, similar goals, and a burning desire to get better everyday. I am going to teach you how to make healthy living less complicated by breaking our habits and progress down to three main pillars: MENTAL, PHYSICAL, and SPIRITUAL. I will help you identify your weaknesses and guide you into forming new strengths that will clear your mind of negative thinking, allow you to become motivated to reach new fitness goals, and by giving you a deeper understanding of the world, I will help you reconnect with mother nature which in my personal opinion is more tied to our spirit than anything else. Do not be mistaken, I am not here to preach any said religion (I respect all religions and beliefs) though I will preach A philosophy that will help bring you closer to your inner self to build more wisdom, virtue, and courage to face the fears of not being good enough. I am here to tell you life will not get easier if we don’t change our actions and our thoughts, in fact life will continue to beat us down if we let it because the laws of the universe does not care about our feelings it only cares about our actions. Fortunately, I do care how people think because I know your thoughts create your emotions and your emotions create your actions which inevitably determines your personality and character. If we can become more positive in our thoughts we will develop a mindset that is resilient against change and allows you to develop the motivation and discipline needed to continuously grow through adversities. This change will happen at your pace with my guidance! do not worry because I of all people know change does not happen over night! It took me years of learning to realize that even though I held the knowledge it was useless until I started to actually embody this philosophy of self discipline and reflection. I have made myself resilient enough that my environment no longer dictates my actions. I can wake up in the morning full of energy with no caffeine, I am disciplined enough to physically exercise 3-4x a week, and I have started to flourish since working on my spiritual health and through journaling and meditating daily I have discovered truths about myself I would have not seen otherwise. I am not here to gloat rather, I am here to say that I have failed too and because I got up and kept trying again I realized It is us vs ourselves out here. No body can determine what happens for you in your life except for you and even though I am very passionate about this journey it is important that you understand even though I care, I can NOT care more than YOU.
What Now? Well, If you made it this far then I can tell this journey is right for you, the only thing holding you back is yourself, So ask yourself this, “If I had all the answers would I make the changes necessary to live a happier healthier lifestyle?” For most people this answer is a NO. So, let me not just give you the answers, rather, let me show you the way!
