Hey you, it’s Dr. John, and I just had a conversation with my 80 year old self. A technique we can all use with our amazing imagination to better understand where we are at in life and how we should move forward. You’ll never guess what that old man said to me. He told me to STOP waiting for the perfect moment, to take action, and to understand that all we truly have is the present moment. He told me to just start DOING and remember that it is my labor and loving heart that will pay off. He reminded me that I was only self sabotaging by filling my self with doubt and fear of the unknown. You see we all just want purpose in this world whether you find that purpose through spiritual awaking or providing a life for your family that you never had. We all have it within us. There is no question we all are connected, but to what degree will we accept where we are at currently and the means to change it. To understand we can always do MORE, but something within us chooses not to. It is currently the year 2024 and the current state of our world is palpable as to the chaos we feel. We live in a world where truth is no longer the main objective, instead we seek power, money, censorship, and control. All I ever dreamed of was being a man of influence and leading others to seeing the good in the world even as it is filled with so much evil. Although the truth is I lost myself within this journey of self growth, I allowed myself to be consumed by the chaos and losing my true identity along the way. No matter your faith I know we can all agree that LOVE is the closest thing we have to understanding the Devine. When did we stop leading with love? When did we stop being grateful for the small things in life or even the big things like our own HEALTH?! Especially in America which seemed like it was at one point the greatest country in the world to live in. We are all starting to realize no matter where you live on the map there are others trying to control our own beliefs. A place that is tearing the family apart, poisoning our bodies, mind and spirit while telling us it for the good of the public health. If I told you we are literally in the end game of total loss of freedom would you call me crazy? Good, cause I feel crazy all the time. We are being taught that our bodies are not as amazing and resilient as we know they are. Of course I am biased in what I believe because of my personal life experiences and education, but something inside me feels so good to NOT give in to the current rhetoric  of the world. There is no government health official that is coming to save us, no current FDA approved medicine that will cure your  cancer, and no magic weight loss pill that will solve your obesity and diabetes at the same time. No gene therapy that will thwart  off any single virus off the face of this earth. We live in a world where people are paying more money for less processed ingredients in their food and they’re the crazy ones? Who do we believe anymore? The ones who said you’re going to die if you don’t follow our orders and even if you’re a qualified expert you can NOT go against the advice of the 3 letter agencies? The ones who lied about deaths, covered up deaths, and took away any sort of self responsibility as an entity whose main purpose is to protect and serve their nation. The one we used to say was a republic and under GOD. It’s almost as if this world is so crazy that the only unacceptable transition any more is to one of religion. Although if you have been paying close attention, religion, or spiritual awaking is the only thing that could save humanity from being completely overrun by corruption and agency capture. Follow the science doesn’t mean what it used to but following the money will always hold true. The premise of this is we must start taking a stand for what we believe in, we need less talking and more doing. I vouch to live everyday toward a healthier version of myself, while guiding others toward a path of self reflection, self growth, and prosperity even through the suffering. We know good from bad, right from wrong, it is our innate ability to do so. We also have the innate ability to heal our bodies from many of the ailments we face today (i.e. cardiovascular disease #1 COD in America) but we must put ourselves within the right environment to do so. One of the biggest challenges we face right now is creating an environment that is optimal for our bodies health. My biggest piece of advice as “just a chiropractor” who has treated over 1,000 patients within my first two years of practice is walk more (5,000 steps daily/ 100 steps= 1 minute), exercise 3x a week, focus on mobility and strength of hips & legs, prioritize protein and healthy fats, consume carbs with caution and never let it be your primary fuel source for every meal. Take 10 minutes daily to meditate or sit peacefully with your thoughts, make time for your friends and family and remind them how much they mean to you. We are social beings and often times we spend so much time behind a computer screen we forget the importance of community and friendships for good health. We do not need to make living healthier and with purpose as difficult as we make it seem. You see, your pain experience and health is directly related to your thoughts & emotions, which dictate your actions. If you believe exercise will make your pain worse you will avoid it, inevitably weakening your abilities even further, and without physical activity (at least 150 minutes a week) your body cannot properly manage the load we place on it each day as well as the food intake that the average American consumes (nutrient less calories, carb rich/ protein poor). Right now our world is sick and if we start to come together and stop fighting over things that truly don’t matter in the end. The sooner we can heal. To you I say stand up and FIGHT. Fight for you freedom, fight for your health, and fight for your god given and constitutional rights to speak freely in the things you believe in. Whether you oppose my views or not we can learn something from each other.

Just remember, we are the ones we are looking for.
