A Raw and Honest Update
Hey Everyone,
It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, and I think it’s time I be completely honest with you and with myself. Life has been challenging, and if I’ve learned anything over these past few months, it’s that success in both health and life requires consistent action and discipline. Yet, I’ve been holding myself back. I’ve allowed procrastination to creep in, and I’ve blamed my circumstances for my lack of progress—when the truth is, I’ve been my own biggest obstacle.
To catch you up on where I am and where I’m heading, I want to share some real, personal challenges I’ve been facing. Even though I’ve been practicing as a chiropractor for two years and have been married for nearly a year now, my wife and I still haven’t found our home—the place where we can start building our future together. It’s been tough, balancing full-time work while trying to turn my side business into a full-time effort. It often feels like life is moving faster than I can keep up with.
But here’s the reality: life doesn’t slow down, and the longer we wait to take action, the harder it becomes to make meaningful change. I’ve spent too much time waiting for the “right moment” or blaming external factors for not moving ahead with my goals. I realize now that no one but me can create the future I want. Success—whether in health, business, or life—isn’t about having the perfect environment or waiting for the stars to align. It’s about showing up every day and doing the work.
A New Chapter
That’s why I’m writing this today. It’s time for a new beginning. For those who’ve been following my journey, I want you to know that I’ve just signed a 3-year extension with my current employer, Advanced Care Chiropractic in Holly, as well as our new location in Fenton. With this extension, I’ve accepted more responsibilities, both professionally and personally.
I’m going to be working even harder to grow my personal brand while also helping ACC expand its chiropractic presence. I’ll be creating weekly/monthly blogs and social media posts for ACC to grow our following organically—just like I’ll be doing here on BNXTLVL.Blog.
This website will serve as my personal platform where I’ll be sharing updates on my life, my health journey, and what I’m doing to improve my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I’ll be giving you actionable tips, whether it’s exercises to boost your strength or mental health hacks to stay grounded in this chaotic world. I’ll also be reviewing products I’m trying—everything from supplements to workout routines—so you can get honest feedback and decide what’s right for your own journey.
A New Partnership – Self Cura
I’m also thrilled to share some exciting news: I’ve partnered with my mentor and boss, Dr. Jason White, to launch a new online course under a DBA named Self Cura. This course is designed for busy parents who are struggling with low back pain and poor hip mobility, and the best part? You can fix these issues from home in less than 3 hours a week. This course is about more than just chiropractic care; it’s about empowering people to take control of their health, even with limited time.
Self Cura will help bridge the gaps in our current healthcare system, providing practical solutions that don’t rely on quick fixes or invasive treatments. It’s about healing thyself through small, consistent changes—a philosophy I’ve been working on for years but have yet to fully commit to myself.
Why I’ve Held Myself Back
If I’m being honest, I’ve been working on these ideas for the past five years, but nothing substantial has come from it because I haven’t been consistent. I’ve allowed procrastination and self-doubt to sabotage my progress. I’ve had moments of inspiration, but I’ve struggled to sustain that momentum.
Just like with health, success doesn’t happen overnight. It requires showing up every day, even when it’s hard. It requires doing the small, sometimes boring tasks, over and over again. That’s where I’ve fallen short, and that’s what I’m committed to changing.
The Journey Ahead: Consistency Is Key
This blog post is more than just an update—it’s a commitment to myself and to you. I want to be real with you and let you know that consistent action is the key to getting out of those dark places full of regret, doubt, and self-sabotage. It’s the key to turning your dreams into reality, whether your goal is to lose weight, reduce pain, or find your life’s purpose.
As long as we’re alive, there’s hope. We have the power to shape our futures, but it won’t happen if we keep waiting for the “perfect” time. The time is now, and I’m ready to take the steps I need to build the life I want. I invite you to join me on this journey. Together, we’ll take small, consistent actions that will lead to big transformations.
Let’s Move Forward Together
If you’re feeling stuck—whether in your health, career, or personal life—just know that you’re not alone. I’m walking this path too, and I’ll be sharing everything I learn along the way. This is the beginning of a new chapter for me, and I hope it can be the same for you.
So, let’s start this journey together. Never give up—because the best is yet to come.
Thank you for being here, for reading, and for supporting me. Let’s stay consistent, stay strong, and create the lives we truly desire.
