Day 6: When Doubt Creeps In, Push Forward Anyway

Sometimes, even when we’re doing something good—like focusing on our daily wins—we wonder, “Why am I doing this? Is anyone paying attention?” We might feel discouraged or worry we’re not making enough of an impact. It’s natural to question your purpose. The important part is not giving up on what lights you up. Even if you slip, come back and keep pushing forward—one small step every day.

Today’s Wins

  1. Mental
    • “List 2 accomplishments from this week,” and celebrate them mentally or jot them down.
    • Easier? If listing 2 feels like a stretch, start with just 1.
    • Harder? Reflect on why each accomplishment mattered and how it boosted your self-confidence.
  2. Physical
    • “Complete 25 push-ups,” first thing after you wake up—modified is fine.
    • Easier? Aim for 10–15 push-ups if 25 is too many. Do them from your knees or at a wall.
    • Harder? Tackle 25 in one go or add a plank hold at the end for extra challenge.
  3. Spiritual
    • “Sit quietly for 60 seconds, notice how you feel,” no phone or distractions.
    • Easier? Try 30 seconds if a full minute is too long—just breathe and observe.
    • Harder? Go for 90 seconds, focusing on relaxing each part of your body.

Don’t Let Doubt Steal Your Momentum

These mini-steps might feel too simple at times, or you might question whether they truly matter. They do. Each little win is another vote for the person you’re becoming—someone who doesn’t quit just because of a rough moment or self-doubt.
